This Privacy Policy shall apply to the website www.barlize.de (the “Website”).

Data controller (Verantwortliche Stelle) is Barlize UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kemperplatz 1, 10785 Berlin, Germany (“Barlize”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This privacy policy shall inform you on how we collect, process and use (“Use”) your Personal Data in connection with the Website.

1. Data WE COLLECT, process and Use

In general, you can use the Website without providing any personal information such as e.g. your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, financial information (all such information that is personally attributable to you together “Personal Data”). Therefore, if you use the Website only for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not register an account with us or provide us directly with Personal Data in another way, we do not collect your Personal Data.

4. Data we transfer to Third Parties

5. Debt collection

If you are a customer and do not meet your payment obligations towards the vendor with regard to transactions concluded over the Website, the vendor might mandate a debt collection company (Inkassounternehmen) or a similar company with the collection of your outstanding debt. In this case the personal data required for such debt collection will be transferred to such company by the vendor.

6. KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL Data SECURE

We have taken extensive technical and operational precautions to protect the Personal Data retained by us against unauthorized access and misuse. Our security procedures are revised regularly and adapted to reflect technological progress.

7. Information on the stored Personal Data; Contact Info
